Zynda Stagg

Zynda Rachelle Stagg, age 68, of Temple, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Zynda was born on August 27, 1954, in Niagara Falls, New York to Larry and Patricia (Hunter) Stagg. She grew up between Fort Myrtle Beach, Florida and Aransas Pass, Texas and she graduated from Aransas Pass high School in 1973. Zynda went to Del Mar College and received her LVN in 1975. She worked for the VA caring for veterans in Temple as an LVN for 38 years. Zynda was a poet, she loved to travel, play candy crush and she made the BEST chicken noodle soup. Zynda was a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend.

Zynda will be lovingly remembered by a son, James Klinko of Harker Heights; two daughters, Carrie Henry of Belton and Scota Gaston of Temple; a sister, Bambii Morain; 7 grandchildren, Ashton Henry, Colby Gommert, Dashawn Roberts, Trayvon Roberts, Oscar Garrett, Ja’ziah Gaston and BriarKlinko and 2 great grandchildren, Ashiel Dionglay and A’Laiya Bautista-Roberts.
