Vincent Douglas

Vincent Douglas, 43, of Killeen passed away on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022, at a local hospital.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Belton with Pastor H.K Ballard officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

Vincent was born on May 30, 1979, to Alfred and Rose Douglas in San Antonio. He served his country as a Marine and in the Army and served two tours in Iraq. After the military he worked several years as a correctional officer and was currently working in security at Baylor Scott and White Hospital. He met his wife Simone McCord in 2013 and he became her safe haven. They married August 4, 2017, and he loved his daughter. Vincent was such a social butterfly and never met a stranger. He enjoyed video games, cooking BBQ, and getting family and friends together. Vincent made people feel just like family immediately and never said anything bad about anyone. He was the type of person that just woke up happy every morning.  
Vincent was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; his mother, Rose Douglas, his brother, Steven Douglas, and his aunt, Charlotte Denman.

He is survived by his wife, Simone McCord of Killeen, his father, Alfred Douglas and his wife, Margaret; his daughter, Fabienne McCord of Killeen; his dog he adored, Rockstar; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
