Vince Edward Young, 51, of Temple passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at his residence. A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Vince Edward Young was born February 12, 1964 to Samuel and Verna Young in Cameron, TX. Vince graduated from C H Yoe High School and later received his associate degree from Texas State Technical College. He loved art, carpentry, fishing, and spending time with his nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his father Samuel James Young, Sr and step-father Hubert Knight. He is survived by his loving mother, Verna Knight of Cameron; three brothers, Samuel James Young, Jr. of Cameron, Terence Eugene Young of Cameron, and Tracy Vaughn Knight of Waco; sister, Beverly Carol Knight and step-sister, Sonya Irene Knight, both of Temple; Aunts, Mattie Henderson, Mary Helen Drone and Sammie Young all of Cameron, Uncle Orean Henderson of Cameron, Nephews, Shondraeus Knight, of Temple; Reginald Young, of Alpine, TX; Nieces, Shontiniqua Freeman, of Killeen; Keverly Smalls, of Temple. Along with many great nephews, and great nieces; his best friend, Derrick Ruzicka, close friend Dorothy Holloway, and a host of many other friends. .
