Trisha Deneen Schmidt

Trisha Deneen Schmidt, 51, of Temple passed away September 15, 2015 at a Temple nursing home after her long battle with Breast Cancer. A memorial services will take place at Moody Leon Methodist Church in Moody at 2:00 pm Saturday September 26, 2015 with Brother Don Johnson officiating. Her body was cremated. Trisha Deneen Schmidt was born July 15, 1964 in Carthage, Texas. She graduated from Coastal Bend College in 1985 as a Dental Hygienist. During her 25 year career she made new friends with her patients and strived to be the best she could be. Some of her family's favorite memories included; Every Christmas season baking and decorating the most beautiful Christmas cookies and Christmas tree, riding bikes and hiking through the parks on camping trips, and spontaneous picnics (You never knew what delicious concoction she was going to create). She loved shopping, reading books, floating the river and playing games with her children. She was a compassionate, loving and caring person whom had the best attitude towards life and living it to the fullest. She will be dearly missed by all. Trisha is survived by her parents, Weldon and Mary Schmidt; one daughter, Danielle McNiel; one son, Bryne Henry; two brothers, Mark Schmidt and Michael Schmidt. ~Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
