Thomas (Tom) Danour, Sr.

Thomas (Tom) Edwards Danour, Sr, 71, of Temple passed away on December 24, 2022, at his home in Temple.

A memorial service for Tom will be 1 p.m. Friday, December 30th, 2022, at Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Belton with Pastor Jason Harris officiating.

Tom was born on October 4, 1951, to Irene Danour in Chicago, Illinois. Tom was known to his family as someone who loved unconditionally, was generous to a fault and KNOWS how to track someone down. Tom knew no stranger; he would give the shirt off his back or his last dollar to someone in need. He was a protector, confidant, friend, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and pops who left a legacy in our hearts.

Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Danour in 2005; grandmother Granny Ann Dowling in 2004; a daughter, Teresa Danour in 2009 and a brother, John Danour in 2012.

Tom is survived by a daughter, Jackie Gonzalez; two sons, Thomas Edwards Danour,Jr and Jeff Enmark; three sisters, Janet Stickney, Sue Tetzlaff and Mary Danour; 16 grandkids and 10 great grandchildren.
