Thomas Wheeler Hersha Jr.

Thomas Wheeler Hersha Jr., 72, of Temple passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020 at a local hospital. Thomas was born to Evelyn and Thomas Hersha Sr. on May 13, 1948 in Hillsdale, Michigian. He was a United States Navy veteran and was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Temple. Private services for Thomas will be held at a later date. He was buried at North Belton Cemetery. Thomas is survived by his wife of six years, Penny Hersha of Temple; his sons, Bruce Hersha, Tracey Hersha, and Dean Johnson; his daughters, Charlotte Dunlap of Oregon and Tonya Hersha of Indiana; his brothers, Bob Hersha of Michigan and Joe Hersha of Washington; his sister, Linda Morgan of Killeen; his fourteen grandchildren; and his fifteen great grandchildren. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, and his first wife Polly Hersha, who passed on December 25, 1993. Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
