Tam Le Eaton, 68, of Belton passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at her residence. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at North Side Baptist Church located at 1800 W. U.S. Hwy 190 in Nolanville with Pastor Adam Garber officiating. Tam was born on March 24, 1949 in Saigon, Vietnam. She met her husband Grover Eaton while he was stationed in Vietnam while he served in the U.S. Army and they were married on August 7, 1974 at Twin City Baptist Church in Temple. Tam was a seamstress and a nail technician most of her life. She was the owner of Tam Alterations, TL Nails in Belton, and even did alternations for Comet Cleaners. Tam enjoyed traveling, trying different foods, fishing, and animals. She cared for any and all animals you would even catch her feeding birds in the parking lot. Tam would travel all over to see her family and she loved them so dearly. She was known for always trying to feed everyone and had a heart of gold. She will be so dearly missed. She is survived by her husband, Grover Eaton of Belton; her son, David Eaton of Plano; her daughters, Mary Bishop and husband, Bryan of Decatur, Lilly Chismer of Nixa, Missouri ;four grandchildren, Toby Bishop of Denton, Amanda Chrismer, Devon Chrismer both of Nixa, Missouri, and Britney Wick of Austin. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Belton Animal Shelter. Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
