Roy Worth Whitley

Roy Worth Whitley, 74,of Belton passed away on August 23, 2012 in a Belton nursing home. Private family services will be held at a later date. His body was cremated. He was born in Youngsport, Texas on July 7, 1938 to Irvin and Essie Blair Whitley. Roy lived in Houston for several years before returning to his hometown, Belton. He resided in Crestview Manor Nursing Home where he enjoyed Bingo, good food and most of all great friendships from all who worked and resided there. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Delmore, Ray and Nathan Whitley and 2 sisters, Juanita Ramm and Janice Morrison. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends. Crotty Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
