Norma Lee ""Nana"" Edds Sablich Norma Lee ""Nana"" Edds Sablich, 94, of Temple passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at a Temple hospital. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 18, 2014, at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday August 17, 2014 at the funeral home. Norma was born on February 18, 1920 in Heidenheimer, Texas to William P. Edds and Rudie Lucille Barber Edds. She worked in the retail sales profession. Norma was active in Girls Scouts, D.A.V., President of American Legion Auxiliary, VA Volunteer, and the V.F.W. She was married to Michael M. Sablich on September 02, 1942 in Belton and he preceded her in death in June of 1971. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Mildred Kelso and Lella Yates. Survivors are one daughter; Mikie Humphries and husband, Walter Humphries, Sr.; grandchildren; Michelle Humphries McLean and husband Michael McLean and Walter Humphries Jr.; five great-grandchildren; Chad McLean, Cru McLean, DeLaney McLean, Thorn Humphries and Rhyder Humphries; and a great-great grandchild, Chev McLean. Burial will be in Little Flock Cemetery in Temple. Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home of Belton.
