Nona Marie Hilliard

Nona Marie Hilliard,45, of Nolanville passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, after a long brave battle with cancer. 

Funeral Services for Nona will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Belton with Pastor Steve Wegmann officiating. Nona’s visitation will be held on hour prior to services from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. a Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Belton.

Nona was born on June 4, 1976, to Cecil and Christine Taylor in Fort Riley, KS. She worked at Baylor Scott and White for over twenty-two years as a pharmacy tech. Nona loved being a mother. She was the type of mom who was fun and playful. She loved Minions and taking her daughter, Shelby, her niece, and nephew on adventures, all while listening to every type of music until they reached their unknown surprise location. Nona wanted more than anything to see her daughter graduated this year. Her daughter is a senior this year at Harker Heights High School and will miss her mother very much in all her future milestones.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelby Hilliard; her parents, Cecil and Christine Taylor; her brother, Cecil “Robby” Taylor; her niece, Rebekah Taylor, and nephew William Knight, all of Nolanville.

In Lieu of flowers donations maybe made to support her daughter and funeral expenses.
