Nadine Eleanor Page Moyer Alderman,85, of Temple went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 4, 2014. A memorial service will be held at River Church in Belton on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 11:00 am. Following the service will be a time of greeting and refreshments in the fellowship area of the church. Nadine (Bonnie) Eleanor Page Moyer Alderman was born December 15, 1928 in Bluefield, West Virginia to George and Eleanor (Honey) Page. She married Roy Moyer in 1946. In the 1950's they moved from West Virginia to Beaumont, Texas where the family resided for the next 18 years. In 1961 Roy Moyer passed away. In 1968 Bonnie married Roy Alderman in Beaumont, Texas and not long after moved to Alabama where they lived for a short period. In the process of 7 years they moved to 7 different states because of Roy Alderman's construction business, and finally settled back in the Southeast Texas area where they remained until Roy Alderman passed away in 2005. She then moved to the Central Texas area where a son, Pete and Daughter Linda lived and there remained until her death. While living in the Beaumont region, Bonnie became very involved with the church she attended and the Aglow Fellowship that spanned to the entire southeast Texas area where she served on the area board ministering to women of all walks of life and built life-long friendships. She then became involved in a Joy Fellowship women's ministry in the Beaumont area with her friend dear Jan Wilson. Nadine (Bonnie) was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter and lover of her savior Jesus Christ. Everyone around Bonnie was enriched by her infectious joy and and lighthearted view of life. She was greatly loved by all who knew her. Nadine (Bonnie) was preceded in death by 2 husbands Roy Moyer and Roy Alderman; a son David Alderman, and a Sister Linda Bowles. Bonnie is survived by 2 sons, Pete Alderman of Salado, Texas, and Tom Alderman of Houston, Texas, and 2 daughters, Linda Gatto of Temple, Texas, and Anne Rainey of Opelika, Alabama, a brother Phillip Bowles of San Jose, California, twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grand children, six great-great grandchildren, one great-great-great-grandchild.
