Michael Stephen Krumnow

Michael Stephen Krumnow, 75, of Holland passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in the comfort of his home. Michael was born to Myrtie and Louis Krumnow on June 28, 1945 in Temple. Michael worked in the maintenance department for WilsonArt International for 15 years, and retired in 1992. Michael married his wife, Johnelle Carpenter, on September 4, 1965 in Rogers, Texas. Michael was active in coaching his children, transporting kids before and after softball, baseball, and high school basketball. Michael was a foster parent for several years; he and his wife adopting two sibling groups for a total of seven children. Michael touched many lives. He was an all around good, kind, gentle, and caring man. Michael was very loved and will be dearly missed.

Michael is survived by his wife of 55 years, Johnelle Krumnow of Holland; his sons, Jason Krumnow, Travis Krumnow, and Shawn Krumnow, all of Holland; his daughters, Sirena Krumnow of Temple, Iliza Krumnow of Temple, and Gabby Krumnow of Holland; his brother, Billy Krumnow of Temple; his sister, Barbara Latimer of San Antonio; and his two grandchildren.

Michael is preceded in death by his daughter, Stephanie Michelle Krumnow.
