Michael David Kamas

Michael David Kamas,62, of Temple passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at a local hospital. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Seton Cemetery located at the corner of Seaton Road and Hwy 53 in Temple. Michael was born on March 12, 1956 to Thomas and Della Kamas in Temple. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He married Margie Heji on September 18, 1981. He worked for Ferrell Distributing from 1988 until his illness in 2007. Michael loved cooking and even competed in state Champion ships for his famous Barbecue. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Della Kamas. He is survived by his loving wife Margie Kamas of Temple; his two sons, Jacob Cehand of Belton, and Thomas Kamas of League City; his sister, Barbara Kovacevich of Temple, and his three cherished grandchildren.
