Michael Walter Cagley

Michael Walter Cagley, 54, of Harker Heights passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 in a local hospital. Michael was born to Ronald Earl Cagley and Anne Marie Schroeder in Germany on February 8, 1965. He enjoyed bass fishing, watching NASCAR, playing poker, and cheering on his favorite football team, the Cowboys. He is preceded in death by his wife, Angela Cagley, who passed in 2009, and his father Ronald Cagley. He is survived by his mother Anne Marie Vergori; his son Michael Walter Cagley Jr. of Troy; his daughters Heather Johnson of Troy, Jessica Dearborn of Missouri, and Jennifer Van Riper of Crawford; his brothers Chris Cagley of Morgan Point, Thomas Cagley of Belton, and Robert Cagley of Shreveport; his sisters Doris Cagley of Nolanville, Christine Cagley of Killeen, and Lore Ann Robart of Missouri; and his grandchildren Dylan Johnson, Hayleigh Johnson, Natalie Johnson, Tanner Cagley, Madison Fink, Trinity Cagley, Austin Van Riper, Mckenzi Van Riper, and Raelyn Van Riper. A private family service will be held at a later date. Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
