Melvin Eugene Hall, 74, of Temple passed away on September 6, 2013 in a Harker Heights nursing home. Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday , September 11, 2013 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with Minister Darrell Knight officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00P.M.- 7:00P.M. Tuesday, September 10th at Crotty Funeral Home of Belton. Melvin Eugene Hall was born on July 25, 1935 in Wellington, TX. to Floyd and Esther Simmons Hall. He served in the U.S. Army in 1955 until 1957.He married Aurora Santana on May 5, 1987 in Pampa, TX in Wheeler County. Survivors are his wife Aurora Hall of Temple; one stepson, Jaime Arebalo of Temple; three brothers, John Hall Of Las Vegas, NV., Leo Hall of Pampa, TX and J.M. Hall of Lawrenceburg, TN.; two sisters, Florence Vauer of Lakeside Oregon, Lorene ""Rene Berese of Houston. Burial will be in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
