Mary Luisa Zambrano

Mary Luisa Zambrano,84, of Belton passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at a local nursing home. She was born on August 25, 1934 to Feliz and Josefa Cruz Lara in Laredo. Luisa married Erasmo Zambrano and was a homemaker most of her life. Mary enjoyed Bingo, going to casinos with her husband, fishing, decorating for holidays, especially Christmas, and having her family together meant the world to her. She is preceded in death by her husband of over 39 years, Erasmo Zambrano; her daughter, Diane Reyes; her brother, Roberto Lara; her sisters, Estella Rodriguez, Ramona Medellin, and Anita Garcia. Mary is survived by her sons, Ruben Reyes of Temple, Manuel Reyes of Nicholasville, KY, and Mario Zambrano of Seguin; her daughters, Linda Conley of Temple, Yolanda Jarma of Leander, and Lisa Cordova of Belton; nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 22., 2019 at Crotty Funeral Home with Chaplain H.K. Ballard officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.
