Marvin "Dan" Henley, Jr., 58, of Belton, TX, passed away Monday, December 14th, at his residence, surrounded by his family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 10:00 am at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton.
Dan was the son of Marvin Dan Henley Sr and Shirley Henley born on May 22, 1962.
He attended Belton High School. Dan worked as an auto mechanic for 40 plus years in the Belton Temple area 10 were at Ponders. He enjoyed Nascar and spending time with his grand babies and playing poker with his close friends. He will be missed by many.
He is preceded in death by his parents Marvin Dan Henley Sr, Shirley Henley and his sister, Tracy Henley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Vanessa Aunspaugh Henley of Belton; a son, Danny Lee Henley of Belton; a daughter, Paula Diane Reeves of LIttle River Academy, three sisters; Sandra Guajardo of Belton, Melissa Zamarripa of Kingman, AZ, Patty Allum of Yelm, WA; three grandchildren; Matthew Robert Dowling 18, Landen Wesley Reeves 9, Kasen Todd Reeves 8, all of Little River Academy; and friends that became brothers, David Armstrong, Jimmy Trevino, and James Harding.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Scott & White Hospice for their exceptional care.
