Lorraine Catherine Dugger

Lorraine Catherine Dugger, age 81, of Killeen passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019. Lorraine was born on May 7, 1938 in Elmira, New York. She moved to Killeen after marrying her husband, Benjamin Earl Dugger. Lorraine spent much of her time with her family and volunteered at the VA for over 40 years. She was very active in the VFW and held several officer positions. Lorraine is survived by her husband of 60 years, Benjamin Earl Dugger; her brother, Harry Shaw of Elmira, New York; her sister, Lynne Campbell of Elmira; and Lorraine and Earl's three children, Stephen Dugger of Killeen, William and Kim Dugger of Harker Heights, and Kim and Joel Bales of Temple. Lorraine was also blessed with six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Services for Lorraine will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the VFW Post 3892 (Veterans of Foreign Wars), located at 201 VFW Drive, Harker Heights, TX 76548.
