Korie Brent Brison, 51, of Belton passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022.
His family and friends will have a celebration of his life at a later date.
Korie Brent Brison was born on November 10, 1970, to Diane Brison in Colorado Springs, CO. They moved to Central Texas when Korie was 4 years old. His mother married Charles “Butch” Wilson and he became Korie’s dad. He graduated from Belton High School in 1989. He worked in the oil field for some time, then as a truck driver for several years, and currently worked for Texas Department of Transportation. He married his best friend, Dana Butler Richardson on July 28, 2012. Together they co- owned K-9 Klipz in Belton. Korie enjoyed deer hunting, camping, fishing at the coast, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his wife. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and they will miss him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his mom, Diane J. Wilson.
Korie is survived by his loving wife, Dana Richardson Brison of Belton; his dad, Charles “Butch” Wilson of Killeen; his stepdaughters, Alice Bolding and her husband, Shawn of Salado, Renee Richardson and her wife, Kelly of Salado, his grandson, Jameson Everett Bolding; his sister, Kim Charping and her husband Terry of Killeen; his nephew, Joseph Roberts of Temple and great-niece, Maddison Roberts. He also leaves behind many more cherished family members and friends.
