Jane Geishauser, 76, of Temple passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020 in a local hospital. She was born June 14, 1943 in Ranger, TX to Bill and Steva Riebe. She was an elementary school teacher and facilitator for 40 years. When she was younger she enjoyed playing basketball, playing the piano and was a drill team dancer. She completed her degree from The University of North Texas in Denton. She loved flowers, plants and anything that involved playing in the dirt outside. She loved cats and the color pink. She would not go out without her jewelry and her hair done in her favorite style. Jane was an active member of St Joseph's Catholic Church until her health declined and she could no longer drive and moved to an assisted living facility. She loved spending time with her friends and family and shopping. And she loved dessert and Big Red Zero. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 10am at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Killeen TX. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Pink Warrior Angels (www.PWATX.org) or to St. Jude's (www.StJude.org). She is survived by daughters, Lisa Freeman Lytle and husband Nathan Lytle of Spring Branch, TX and Kristi Geishauser and partner Wade Gee of Harker Heights, TX.
