James Wagner,49, of Troy passed away May 29, 2014 at his residence. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. James Wagner was born March 12, 1965 to Jack and Rebecca Wagner. He worked at Wilson Art in Temple. He enjoyed bowling and anything that had to do with racing. He will be dearly missed.
