James rick Kelley

James Patrick (Pat) Kelley ,66, of Belton was called home on Thursday August, 17 2017 in a Temple hospital surrounded by family, Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday ,August 20, 2017 with Reverend Armstrong officiating. His body was cremated Pat was born on July 12, 1951 in Belton to Glenn and Billie Butler Kelley. After graduation from Belton High School he went on to work for Corp of Engineers and then City inspector for Harker Heights and Angleton, TX. He married Barbara June Tubbs and she preceded him in death in 1998. Pat enjoyed fishing, camping and was an avid domino player. His mother took great pleasure in weekly games with her and his two sisters. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. He was a loving Pawpaw. Survivors are his wife, Darlene Kelley of Belton; his mother, Billie Kirkley of Belton; four sons, Rusty Kelley and wife Kristi of Belton, Chris McIntyre and wife Krystal of Belton, Brad Kelley of Pascagoula, MS. and Greg Fletcher of Temple; daughters, Chrissie Sandoval and husband Mark of Angleton,TX., Mirenda Sanders and husband Jim of Belton, Jennie Barnhill and husband Ron of Angleton,TX ; three sisters , Glenda Herring and husband David of Salado, Diana Mitchum and Becky LaRocque and husband Roho all of Belton; two brothers, Mike Kelley and wife Nita of Karnes City, TX and Tim Kelley of Belton; 21 grandchildren, Amber, Ryan, Blayton, Lacey, Megan, Cassie, Tyler, Mason, Kaitlynn, Taylor, Clinton, Kaysie, Shelbi, Mason, Andon, Christian, Caleb, Mikayla, Makeisha, Jaden and Haley and 14 great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Rylan, Easton, Conner, Laylah, Paityn, Jeremyah, Luke, Paicyn, Tatum, Kyliegh, Briley, Carley and Jace. He was preceded in death by his father Glen E. Kelley; two brothers, Bruce David Kelley and Grady Earl Kelley; Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
