James Howard Flaugher

James Howard Flaugher, 94 of Salado, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 02, 2018 at a long term care facility. His body was cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date. Mr. Flaugher was born on July 31, 1923 in Marion, Illinois to John and Christina Flaugher. James was in the advertising business and money managing in Chicago before retiring and farming in Michigan. He also served in the United States Army in his early years. Mr. Flaugher is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Mae McCollum, on February 15, 2008. James is survived by his four nephews; Robert Flaugher, of Los Angeles,California, Richard Flaugher of Hinckley, Illinios , Leslie McCollum of Salado, Texas, and Winston Lane McCollum of Plano, Texas.
