James Kenneth Dunlap, 74, of Temple passed away on March 17, 2020 in the comfort of his home. James was born on October 27, 1945 in Brownwood, Texas, being raised by Jean and Robert McDowell. James was a United States Navy veteran. After serving his time in the military, he worked for the Santa Fe railroad as a conductor for over 25 years. He loved to barbeque and fish. James was a very good man who loved his family. He will be dearly missed by all. The family will be holding private services.
