Heather Latner-Kegley

Heather Latner-Kegley, 42, of Troy died Sunday, Nov. 25, in a Temple hospital. Services will be 5 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Troy. Survivors include a son, Griffin Smith; a sister, Emilie Helt; and her mother, Colleen Robbins.
