Guinevere Anastasia Choron-Munding

Guinevere ""Gigi"" Anastasia Choron-Munding, 8, of Killeen passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 in the comfort of her home after a 4 year battle with cancer. Gigi was born to Steven Munding and Heather Choron- Munding on May 21, 2012 in Fort Bragg, NC. She was tough like her parents who met actively serving in the military and she gave cancer one heck of a fight. Gigi was always happy even in the hardest times. Gigi had to have her leg amputated due to cancer and right out of surgery she waved to her parents with her new shortened limb. She was so excited for her prosthetic leg that she could barely wait for her leg to heal before using it and she had it covered in her favorite Disney princesses. She loved music, her parents, her family, friends, school, and was excited to meet her new baby sister, Marie James. A memorial service for Gigi will be held on her favorite holiday, Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The family wishes that you bring an exciting story to tell, for the service is to celebrate her life and share the memories you had with Gigi. Masks are required in AND outdoors for this service. Gigi is survived by her parents, Steven Munding and Heather Choron-Munding of Killeen, her sisters, Reilly Lillian Alexis and Marie James; her grandparents, Robin Sullivan, Peter Munding, and Marti Munding.
