George Evan Fitzgerald

George Evan Fitzgerald, 70, of Temple passed away on Tuesday, April 03, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, with Rev. Leo Camden officiating. Mr. Fitzgerald enjoyed reading, especially history and mysteries. Before he became ill he loved to work. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Belton and Bible Way Pentecostal Church. George was preceded in death by his sister, Suzanne, and his father, Franklin Fitzgerald. George Fitzgerald is survived by his loving wife, Jeannie Fitzgerald of Temple; his son, Mark Corey and wife Misty, of AL; his daughter, Shana Smith of Abilene; his mother, Florence Fitzgerald; a brother, Frank Fitzgerald and wife Sharon, of FL, and two grandchildren.
