As a deacon, he served with a joyful heart, always ready to extend a helping hand or share a word of encouragement. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, guiding him through every challenge and triumph.
Family was the melody that played sweetly throughout Frankie's life. He was a pillar of strength and tenderness to his beloved children, Jon Derek Fulton of Temple and Taylor Ashley Klesick of Montana. His brothers, Kenneth Fulton of Belton and Paul Fulton of Temple, shared in the bond of brotherhood that was both deep and enduring. Together, they created a symphony of memories filled with laughter, support, and an unbreakable familial bond.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Fulton, his infant son, Bengie Fulton and his parents.
