Florentino Olalde Hernandez 53, of Harker Heights passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 at his residence. He was born October 16, 1963 in Mexico to Pedro Olalde Franco and Maria Flavia Hernandez Aguilar. A memorial mass will be at 6:00 P.M on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Iglesia Apostolica in Killeen with Father Arturo Pedroza officiating. Mr. Hernandez was known for his cooking and even sold his famous tacos for a living. He married his wife Rufina on December 8, 1984 in Mexico. Florentino enjoyed cooking, music, eating, camping, nature, and traveling. He was a very giving man and loved his family. Florentino was a member of Iglesia Apostolica in Killeen. He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro Olalde Franco and his brother, David Olalde He is survived by his mother, Maria Flavia Hernandez Aguilar; his wife, Maria Rufina Olalde; his two daughters, Hazel Olalde Hernandez and Estefany Olalde Hernandez ; his six brothers, Salvador Olalde, Nestor Olalde, Jose Luis Olalde, Pedro Olalde, Efren Olalde and Jose Alfredo; his two sisters, Leticia Olalde and Karen Hernandez.
