Elsie Whatley

Elsie Whatley, 78, of Morgans Point formerly of Rogers, TX, passed away Sunday September 14, 2014 at a Belton nursing home. Private family services will be held at a later date. Her body was cremated. Elsie Whatley was born on July 26, 1936 in Dekalb, GA to Edgar and Annie ( Brooks) Norwood. She married J.C. Whatley and he preceded her in 1994. She was was a homemaker most of her life. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors are one son, Bill Priest of Morgans Point; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by one son, Calvin Vickers in 20104. Memorials may be made to M.A.D.D.
