Edward ""Sonny"" Frank Balusek Jr.

Edward ""Sonny"" Frank Balusek Jr., 62, of Austin passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020 in the comfort of his home. Sonny was born to Alvarie and Edward Balusek Sr. on November 14, 1957 in Holland, Texas. He spent his days traveling, working as a low voltage specialist. Sonny was an avid builder and racer of anything on wheels. He loved to hunt and fish. He was a dog lover and jokester. Sonny was a loving husband and father with a great sense of humor. Visitation for Sonny will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Crotty Funeral Home with Pastor H.K. Ballard officiating. Burial will follow at Holland Cemetery. The family invites guests to attend a meal following the burial, located at Kuhlmann Civic Center, 100 W Travis St, Holland, TX 76534. Sonny is preceded in death by his daughter, Sallie Kay Balusek and his parents. Arrangements are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
