Dustin Paul Loecken, a loving husband, father, and son, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023, in Harker Heights. Born on September 3, 1987, in Temple, Dustin was a kind and funny soul who touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

Dustin is survived by his father, Peter Loecken, his mother, Kelly Dove, his loving wife, Krista Loecken, and his two cherished children, Steven and Chloe Loecken, all of Harker Heights. Together, they formed a close-knit family that was the center of Dustin's world. He was known for his unwavering love and dedication to his family, always putting their needs above his own.

He was a proud graduate of Harker Heights High School and worked for Pizza Hut in Harker Heights for many years, where he was well-known for his friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service. His colleagues and customers will remember him as a hardworking and reliable team member who took great pride in his work. Dustin had a passion for playing Nascar, wrestling, and western video games. Dustin's love for games extended to his family, as he often organized family game nights and shared his enthusiasm with his children. His laughter and good-natured competitiveness made these events memorable.

More than anything, Dustin loved spending time with his wife and children. Dustin cherished every moment spent with his family. His love for his children was evident in his unwavering support and encouragement of their interests and dreams. He was a devoted father who took great pride in his children's accomplishments, and his memory will live on through their continued success.

Dustin was a loving and kind-hearted man who brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. His sense of humor and ability to make others smile will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
