Donna Beth Coggin

Donna Beth Coggin, 62, of Belton passed away on Friday April 20, 2018 at a Temple hospital. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday April 27, 2018 at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton with Pastor Jason Harris officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the funeral home. Donna was born on November 4, 1955 in Houston, TX. to Minnie Faye (Mannix) and George Burkett. She married William Coggin on April 27, 1978 and he preceded her in death on April 18, 2012. She worked as a Type setter at Belton Journal until her retirement in 2001. She loved baking and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors are her daughter, Samantha Martinez of Belton; two brothers, Tommy Burkett of Arlington and Jessie Burkett of Olathe,KS; six, grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Randall Coggin on June 14, 2017. Burial will be private. Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
