David Marroquin

David Marroquin 64 of Belton Passed away Peacefully on March 20th, 2025 at a Local Hospital. David was born on September 30, 1960, in Mercedes, Texas, to Antonio Marroquin Jr. and Benilde Lopez, .David lived his life with deep commitment to his family and community, embodying not just the values he was raised with, but also instilling them in those around him. His years in Rio Grande City laid the foundation for a life filled with love, laughter, and resilience. He is remembered lovingly by his wife, Sofia Aguilar of Belton, and his children: Tabitha Marroquin, Billy Joe Marroquin, Joey Marroquin, Abril Aguilar, and Brenda Rosas. Each of his children holds cherished memories of their father’s unwavering support and kindness, which have shaped their lives in countless ways. David's legacy also extends to his siblings: Antonio Marroquin III, Mike Marroquin, Jessie Marroquin, Roy Marroquin, Noe Marroquin, Rey Marroquin and Andrea Marroquin. Together, they shared countless moments of joy and camaraderie that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew them. His family, extended by love and friendship, will remember David not only for the man he was but also for the lives he impacted through his kindness, courage, and boundless dedication. As they gather to honor his memory, they carry forward his spirit, ensuring that his influence continues to guide them in their lives.
