David Michael Kazmierczak

David Michael Kazmierczak, 65, of Ottawa, Illinois passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021 at his daughter's residence. David was born to Mary and Leonard Kazmierczak on November 13, 1955 in Evergreen Park, Illinois.

David is survived by his wife, Evelyn Kazmierczak of Ottowa, IL; his sons, Joshua Kazmierczak and wife Jen, Jason Kazmierczak, and John Kazmierczak and wife Alex; his daughter, Lisa Stutes and husband David; his six grandchildren, Avery Timmons, Brenton Stutes, Kyla Stutes, Emily Kazmierczak, Brandon Kazmierczak, and Daxton Stutes; and his two brothers, Len Kazmierczak and Michael Kazmierczak and wife Marie.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Len and Mary Diane Kazmierczak, and his sister-in-law Jan Kazmierczak.
