David Alan Ellis, 51 of Killeen passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2015. His body was cremated. A private family memorial will be held at a later date. David was born on December 17, 1963 in Fort Hood, TX to John and Lynda Ellis. He was self-employed. He was a singer and musician. He loved gospel music. He was preceded in death by his father, John Henry Ellis on March 02, 2011. Survivors are his mother, Lynda Ellis of Killeen, TX; son, Luke Alan Elrod of North Carolina; daughter, Brittany Elrod of California; brother, Devin Ellis of Arizona; sister; Doris Kilgore of Arkansas.
