Connie Lorene King

Connie Lorene (Lewis) King, 64, of Temple passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at Dallas - Fort Worth National Cemetery, in Dallas with her brother, Pastor Mike Lewis officiating. Connie Lorene was born on January 26, 1952 to R.V. and Bobbie Lewis in Midland. She was a homemaker most of her life and enjoyed collecting dolls. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and her four Yorkies. Connie was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Temple and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents R.V. and Bobbie Lewis, her brother, Robert Lewis and her husband, Larry King. Connie Lorene King is survived by her son, Don Harris of Dallas; one daughter, Melissa Harris of Conroe; two brothers, Mike Lewis and David Lewis, both of Temple; one sister, Freida Elsey, of Temple; two grandchildren,Lilah and Blane.
