Christina ""Crisi"" Vermaelen, 31, of Axtel passed away on August 27, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 10:00A.M. Saturday September 1, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Temple with Bro. Bill Adams officiating. Crotty Funeral Home of Belton is in charge of arrangements. Christina was born on August 2, 1981 in Austin, TX. She graduated UMHB in 2005 with a double major in political science and psychology. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and sang in the choir, the Praise Team and Central Texas Master Singers. She was a member of (Believe In Me) dance group and the Austin Ballet. She was a member of the Benevelant Patriotic Order of Does # 139. She enjoyed cooking and traveling. She was an avid reader and loved history. Survivors are her fiancé, John Odeas Frosch Sr. of Axtell; father, Jean Pierre Vermaelen of Austin; her mother, Suellen Moore of Temple; two daughters, Suanne Vermaelen of Temple and Kaycee Frosch of Axtel; Kaycee,s grandmother, June Williford Frosch of Bruceville. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a Benefit Account at Extraco Bank for Christina Vermaelen daughter of Suellen Moore.
