Carole Paulette (Carter) Perez, 77, of Temple, Tx, formerly of Giddings, Tx, left this world on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Born on June 11, 1946, in Williamsfield, Illinois, to Charles and Lorrayne (Stewart) Carter, Carole's journey was one filled with love and devotion.
Throughout her life journey, Carole touched the hearts of many. She graduated from Williamsfield High School in 1964 and later found joy as a dedicated employee at Kaemark (formerly Droemer's) in Giddings, Tx. Her commitment and hard work were commendable.
In the loving memory of Carole are her cherished children: Tamara and Michael Navarro of Giddings, Tx; Nicole and Allan Snyder of Temple, Tx; Amanda and Donnie Smithee of Temple, Tx; Kathryn Eaton of Killeen, Tx; and Ray Perez of Temple, Tx. Additionally, she is survived by her brother Roger Carter of Woodstock, Ga., as well as a legacy of 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Carole's spirit was intertwined with love for cooking new recipes, nurturing her garden, skillfully sewing, and creating beautiful crafts. Yet above all else, her greatest joy came from the warmth of family gatherings where laughter echoed through shared moments.
A private Celebration of Life will be arranged to honor the beautiful life Carole lived. In remembrance of her compassionate nature towards animals, it is suggested that donations be made to local animal shelters or the ASPCA in her memory.
Carole's presence will be deeply missed but her light will continue to shine brightly within the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
