Carl Eugene Sexton Jr.

Carl Eugene Sexton Jr,, 57, of Temple passed away on April 24, 2014 at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday April 28, 2014 at North Belton Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Loudin officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00p.m. until 6:00 P.M. Sunday April 27, 2014 at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Mr. Sexton was born on October 15, 1956 in Springfield, IL. to Carl and Julia Brust Sexton. He graduated high School and joined the Army in 1974-1976. He married Carolynn Ruth Williams on October 3, 1975 and she preceded him in death on April 21, 2007. He was a truck driver most of his life. He remarried Margaret Anita Ceman on October 19, 2010 and she preceded him in death on April 1, 2013. Survivors are his mother, Julia Wheeler of Temple;stepmother Betty Sexton of Chicago; three sons, Chan Ray Truelove of Waco, James Francis Sexton of Belton, Carl Eugene Sexton of Temple;two stepsons, John and Michael of Chicago. three daughters, Debra Grubbs, Angela Brown and Crystal Traore all of Temple, Rosanne Sexton of Chicago; two brothers, James A. Sexton of Temple and Herbert Dewayne Sexton of Springfield, IL.; 16 grandchildren. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Crotty Funeral Home 5431 West US Hwy 190 Belton, Texas 76513.
