Brandyn Levi Correll

Brandyn Levi Correll, 25, of Gatesville passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at a Gatesville hospital. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday February 20, 2014 at the Coryell Community Church in Gatesville with Pastor Joe Carter and Pastor Terry Hill officiating. Visitation will be two hours before services at the church. Brandyn was born into a military family on November 8, 1988 in Fort Riley, KS. to Bob and Sherri Dickerson Correll. He joined his family, best friend and big brother Bobby #3 in multiple moves around the world. GL was a common phrase used between Bobby and Brandyn. He started High School in Apache, OK. Brandyn was known as ""BC"" for his talent in football. He was passionate about his favorite team University of Oklahoma. The family moved to Gatesville, TX. where he met the love of his life, Ashley Correll. He was #9 for the Gatesville Hornets and graduated Gatesville High School in 2007. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2008. He became the proud father of Brayden Correll in 2008 and Cooper Correll in 2011. Brandyn loved spending time with his amazing boys. Survivors are his parents, Bob and Sheri Correll Jr. of Gatesville; one brother, Bobby Correll III of Chicago, IL.; two sons, Brayden Correll, Cooper Correll and their mother, Ashley Correll all of Gatesville. Grandparents, Bob and Linda Correll Sr. and Janelle Dickerson all of San Marcos,TX. ;two uncles, Clint and wife, Amanda Correll and Jerry Dickerson all of San Marcos; two cousins, William Correll and Blake Correll both of San Marcos.
