Bobby Glenn Taylor Jr.

Bobby Glenn Taylor Jr., 64, of Temple passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020 at the local VA. Bobby was born to Evangelina and Bobby Taylor Sr. on December 17, 1955 in Garland, Texas. He was a United States Army soldier from May 26, 1974 to May 20, 1977. Bobby was a member of the 2nd Armor Division ""Hell on Wheels."" A memorial service for Bobby will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Agape Christian Center in Belton with Pastor John Pelizzari officiating. Bobby is survived by his wife of 32 years, Wanda Sue Taylor of Temple; his children, Hollie Witten, Jonathan Taylor, Travis Walker, Edwin Hendricks, Joseph Taylor, and Elizabeth Taylor-Burum; his grandchildren, Cheyenne & husband Royal Schlitt, Cadence Walker, Sierra Hallmark, Robin Detmer, Lola Green, Myles Taylor, Olivia Taylor, Issak Burum, Elijah Burum, Joshua Walker, Olivia Walker, Sofia Walker, Cash Taylor, Jasmine Taylor, and Luisa Oliver; his great-grandchildren, Royal Ikaika Franklin Schlitt, Haven Von Moses Schlitt, Hudson Glenn Hallmark, Hayden Hunter Hallmark, Lux- Carter Oliver, Adrianna Thompson, and Bailey Thompson; his brother, Ricky Taylor; and his sister, Mary Taylor. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Taylor Sr. and Evangelina Taylor-Young; his grandmothers, Vera Mosell Taylor and Mercedes Franco; his grandfathers, Earl Taylor and and Gabriel Loya; his uncle, Billy Taylor; and his sons, Shane and Shawn Walker.
