Bobby Wayne Pruitt, 64, of Temple went home to be with his Lord after a long, valiant battle against illness on Sunday, April 26, 2020. Bobby was born to John Pruitt and Mary Adams on January 27, 1956 in Bell County, Texas. He was a strong, kind, loving and giving man who loved being with friends and family, fishing and cooking. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date due to the current Covid 19 pandemic. In lieu of flowers, his wishes were to have donations made to the Love of Christ Food Bank in Temple, Texas or to Churches Touching Lives for Christ in Belton, Texas. Bobby is survived by his wife of 21 years, Terri Maria Jones of Temple; his sisters Kathy McNiel of Cantonment, FL, Ella Fry and husband Artie Fry of Salado, Randa Fry of Harker Heights; brothers Robert Mathias, Jr. of Belton, Jack McNeil, Jr. of Copperas Cove, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. Bobby is preceded in death by his Parents, his Sister Ellen Mathias, and his Uncle Billy Wayne Adams. Arrangement are entrusted to Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton.
