Billy Don Massey,65, of Temple passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at his residence. A private family memorial will be held at a later date. Billy was born on October 24, 1952. He worked as a Surveyor most of his life. He is survived by his two sons, John Massey of Bryan,TX, and James "Jim" Massey of Knoxville,TN.
