Barton Dale ""Butch"" Ming

Barton Dale "Butch" Ming passed away on Wednesday November 14 at a Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 2:00P.M. Monday November 19, 2018 at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton with Pastor Randy Holzclaw officiating. Visitation will be Sunday November 18, 2018 from 5:00P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Butch was born on June 9, 1944 in Bell County to Barton Colquit and Velma Griffin Melvin Ming. Butch joined the Army from April 4, 1968 until April 16, 1970 with honorable discharge. He married Sherrilyn Marlene Newell on November 6, 2002 in Belton. Butch was self employed most of his life working in construction. Survivors are his wife Sherrilyn Cunningham-Ming of Montgomery, TX;three sons, Phillip Ming from Montgomery, Bobby Cunningham from Salado and Chris Cunningham from Marthaville, LA; four daughters, Tessy Blevins from Conroe, Shari Wooverton from Florence, Linda Gray from Cameron and Tracey Walker from Temple; three sisters, Martha Wood from Waco, Carol Carpenter from Belton and Nell Davis from Temple; 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, Burial will be in Salado, Cemetery in Salado, Texas.
