Anita ""Midge"" Metcalfe

Anita ""Midge"" Metcalfe ,61, of Belton passed away on June 12, 2012 at her residence. Private family services will be held at a later date. Her body was cremated. Anita Metcalfe was born on May 15, 1951 in Dallas to Ernest and Lois Seat Sikes. She was one of twelve children. She married Mike Metcalfe on June 28, 1980 in Reno Nevada. They were married 32 years. She graduated from Sam Houston University in November of 1989 as Class Solitarian and received the Patsy Woodall Award. She worked as an LVN until her retirement. Survivors are her husband Mike Metcalfe of Belton; one son, Michael Lewis Metcalfe of Brandenburg, Ky; one daughter, Karen Michelle Yackley of Backus,MI.; three grandchildren.
