Anaiz Salazar

Anaiz Salazar, 37, of Killeen passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at a local hospital. Anaiz was born to Sara Billing and Antonio Chavez on April 25, 1983 in Midland, Texas. She spent her days raising her family. She loved color, especially pink and purple, and anything with sparkle. She enjoyed crafts and taking care of her grandkid.

A visitation for Anaiz will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Crotty Funeral Home in Belton. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Belton. In lieu of flowers, please make a monetary donation toward the services under the donations tab on this page.

Anaiz is survived by her son, Gustavo Aguero of San Antonio; her daughters, Samantha Aguero, Quetzali Chavez, and Alaniz Salazar, all of Killeen; her sisters, Brisia Billings and Cynthia Chavez, both of Killeen; and her three adored granddaughters.

Anaiz is preceded in death by her parents.
