Alberta Martin

Alberta Martin, 54, of Killeen passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 at a Killeen hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Alberta Martin was born July 15, 1960 in Glens Falls, NY. She married the love of her life Edward Martin on September 2, 1978. Alberta worked as stock person at McLanes and later became a homemaker. If there were two words to describe Alberta it was loving and giving. She was an avid outreach person and was always looking to help others. She clothed, feed, and opened her home to many in need. She was the kind of person who always put other's needs before her own. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Alberta is survived by her mother Linda Gonyea of Florida; her loving husband of over 36 year, Edward Martin of Killeen; one son, Kenneth Martin of Killeen ;one daughter, Sabrina Horner of Killeen; two sisters, Darcy Waters of Glens Falls, NY and Stacy Waters of Watertown, NY.
